The foundation of Rathi Group was laid by Late Shri Rama Kishan Rathi who embarked on the rice and oil industry and established himself as one of the largest Rice and Oil traders in Nepal. His vision and values continue to guide the group towards excellence.

1983

Annapurna Electricals

The electrical division of Rathi Group, commonly known as "Rathi Electricals", was initiated with the establishment of Annapurna Electricals under the able guidance of our group director, Mr. Krishna Kumar Rathi. The company dedicated itself to manufacturing various electrical accessories with a manufacturing unit established in Biratnagar to cater quality products to the market.

2003

Rathi Manufacturing

Rathi Manufacturing was established under the able guidance of our group director, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Rathi. This unit is dedicated to the manufacturing of electrical accessories, LED Lighting Fixtures, and many more products, further expanding the group's manufacturing capabilities.

2006

Annapurna Impex

Annapurna Impex was established under the direction of Mr. Jitendra Kumar Rathi and Mr. Rajendra Kumar Rathi. This unit is dedicated to the trading of goods imported from India, China, Singapore, and many more countries. The unit does OEM from renowned companies having state-of-art technologies and production processes.
